Andrew Ripich has extensive experience in investment banking, currently serving as Director of Investment Banking at Citizens M&A Advisory since July 2015, where progression included roles as Vice President, Head of Staff, Associate, and Analyst. Additionally, Andrew holds board member positions at American Tank and Fabricating Co. and Citizens Bank Rising Professionals Group since 2017 and 2019 respectively, and previously served on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes until 2021. Andrew's earlier roles included participation as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citizens M&A Advisory and an intern in various finance and marketing capacities at companies such as Eaton Corporation, Schneider Electric, and ACCO Brands. Andrew received an Executive MBA from Miami University and holds a B.S. in Business Finance with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering, also achieving recognition in a William Blair & Company investment banking case study competition.
