With a background in finance and public administration, Ryan has also had a significant political career as a State Senator in Rhode Island, where notable roles include Senate Majority Leader and Chair of the Senate Committee on Finance. Additional experience includes serving on the Cumberland School Committee and working as a legislative aide in both the Rhode Island Senate and the United States Senate. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College.
