Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance in both the Technology Services Organization and the Property & Procurement Group at Citizens since August 2018, Thomas has previously held senior finance roles at Santander Bank, N.A., overseeing financial management for Technology & Operations, and at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included establishing financial architecture, serving as CFO for the technology organization, and leading finance transformation initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire and an AB degree in Government and Economics from Bowdoin College.
