Glenn Spoto

Glenn Spoto is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, strategic investment, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Partner and VP of FP&A at Citrin Cooperman since February 2023, Glenn is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews related to corporate growth initiatives. Previously, as CFO and Global VP of Investor Strategy at Prohaska Consulting, Glenn led finance, HR, and legal teams, focusing on M&A due diligence for the investor client practice. Additional roles include CFO & SVP at MPA - The Association of Magazine Media, Director Finance & Business at Conde Nast, and various leadership positions at Meredith and Gruner + Jahr. Glenn holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics, both from Rutgers University.
