In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President Of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing. Their most recent role is as the Principal/Operations Manager at Children's Ambulance Service, where they started in 2023. Afterward, Joshua attended Sam Houston State University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration.
In addition to their formal education, Joshua M. Zigal obtained several certifications. In August 2014, they obtained the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Later, in January 2018, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Basics certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. Furthermore, in January 2019, they became a certified instructor for Stop The Bleed (Bleeding Control Basics) from the American College of Surgeons. In the same month, they also obtained the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) Instructor certification from the American Heart Association.
