Arthur Tom

Arthur Tom has extensive experience in real estate and finance, currently serving as Director of Investments and Multi-unit Sales at City Real Estate since June 2022. Additionally, Arthur holds multiple roles with the City and County of San Francisco, including Commissioner of the Rent Board and Commissioner of the Assessment Appeals Board, as well as serving as a Tax Auditor. Previous positions include Realtor at Coldwell Banker from 1988 to 2010, Auditor/Accountant at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 1983 to 1988, and Certified Public Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand from 1981 to 1983. Arthur Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business between 1977 and 1981.
