Tom Swierk

Tom Swierk serves as the Division Chief of Business Personal Property at the City and County of San Francisco since May 2016, overseeing property valuation assessments, audits, appeals defense, and customer service in accordance with taxation regulations. Prior to this role, Tom Swierk demonstrated substantial leadership as a Principal Manager at PG&E from 2000 to 2014, where Tom focused on operational projects aimed at enhancing compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction through effective risk management and process improvements.
