Eva Badali is an accomplished Contract Administrator with extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Currently employed by the City of Allen since September 2019, Eva previously served as Buyer III at the City of Dallas from February 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included developing bid specifications, negotiating multi-year contracts, and managing significant procurement agreements. Prior roles as a Buyer at Arrow Systems Integration and Chapal Zenray involved vendor negotiations, procurement management, and inventory oversight. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas and an Associate Degree in Science.
