Kendra Raymond

Kendra Raymond, RPP, MCIP, currently serves as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Beaumont since 2016, providing strategic leadership for the city's growth and overseeing land development, policy planning, and safety codes services. Previously, Kendra held the position of Manager of Long Range Planning, leading a team focused on stakeholder engagement and reviewing planning proposals. Prior experience includes working as a Project Planner at Associated Engineering from 2013 to 2016, delivering planning expertise to developers and municipalities, and serving as a Planning Consultant for the Government of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2013, where responsibilities included reviewing subdivision applications and ensuring compliance with provincial planning regulations. Kendra holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Geography and Classical Near Eastern Archaeology from the University of Saskatchewan.
