Brittany Carnegie Mph (Emelle)

Brittany Emelle Carnegie, MPH, currently serves as a Community Services Specialist III for the City of Berkeley since July 2019, with previous experience as a Community Services Specialist II. Prior to this role, Brittany Carnegie worked as a Health Services Planner/Evaluator for Contra Costa County from October 2018 to July 2019. Between 2013 and 2018, Brittany Carnegie held several positions at the Truth Initiative, including Research Associate, Senior Research Assistant, Research Assistant, and Evaluation Science and Research Intern. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Addictions, Personality, and Emotion Research in 2013, and as a Summer Research Intern at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in June 2013. Brittany Carnegie earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The George Washington University-Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Community Health from the University of Maryland in 2014.
