Crystal B. James possesses extensive experience in information systems support and technical assistance across various organizations. Currently serving as an Information System Specialist for the City of Berkeley since February 2019, Crystal manages a wide array of computer hardware, software, and communication tools, providing both remote and in-person technical support. Prior roles include serving as an Information Systems Support Technician with the City of Berkeley, a Help Desk Support Specialist at Grocery Outlet, and a Desktop Support Analyst for the YMCA of the Central Bay Area. Additionally, Crystal has freelanced in technical support for individual and small business users. An educational foundation in Network and System Administration was established through an Associate’s Degree obtained from ITT Technical Institute-Oakland.
