Debra Montgomery

Debra Montgomery is an accomplished IT Manager at the City of Berkeley since November 2016 and has been a Technical Project Manager at Disney Interactive since July 2012, overseeing data analytics engineering projects and collaborating with engineering teams across California. Debra also served as a Manager of Technical Project Management from September 2022 to April 2023 before retiring. Previous experience includes managing multiple e-commerce and web development projects at Art.com and Walmart Global, where expertise in both front-end and back-end development was demonstrated. Debra has a strong background in project management, having also held key positions at LeapFrog Enterprises and Berkeley Systems, including responsibility for quality assurance and production of multimedia products. Debra holds a BS in Business Management from New College of California.
