Currently serving as the Homeless Services Coordinator for the City of Berkeley since September 2020, Josh previously held positions as Program Manager and Data Sharing and Privacy Fellow at the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. With a legal background, including work as a Law Clerk at The National Center for Lesbian Rights and as a Legal Analyst at HomeBase, Josh has consulted with government agencies and community organizations on homelessness, healthcare, and civil rights issues. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Towson University.
