Freda Brasfield

Freda Brasfield currently serves as the Deputy Chief Diversity Officer and Administration & Finance Director for the City of Boston, a position held since April 2014. Additionally, Freda has been with the Mayor's Office since March 2011 as the Administration & Finance Manager. Prior experience includes various roles within the City of Boston from 2003 to 2011, particularly in the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services, and as a Bookkeeping Manager for the Massachusetts Electrical Contractors Association from late 2002 to mid-2003. Early career experience includes working as a Construction Monitor for the City of Boston from 1998 to 2002. Freda Brasfield holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, completed between 1986 and 2001.
