Wanda J. Rogers

Wanda J. Rogers serves as an At-Large City Council Member for the City of Bowie, Maryland, and is the Chief Executive Officer of WJ Rogers Executive Consulting, LLC, where mentorship and coaching in federal financial management and organizational efficiency are primary focuses. With extensive experience in real estate as a Realtor for Realty Transaction Services since 2000, Wanda also held the position of President of the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce and managed a successful political campaign for Kym Taylor as Political Campaign Manager. As Chairperson of the Prince Georges County Delta Alumnae Foundation, Wanda oversaw strategic planning and fundraising efforts, achieving significant scholarship contributions. Previous roles include Deputy Commissioner at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, where Wanda managed substantial federal financial operations, and Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Wanda holds a Master of General Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Teacher Education from Rider University.
