David Handy has over a decade of experience in water resource management and wastewater treatment. Since June 2013, David has served as the Water Resource and Recovery Facility Manager for the City of Broken Arrow, overseeing critical operations and facility management. Prior to this role, David was the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent for the City of Guymon from 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included the effective management and operation of wastewater treatment processes.
