Timothy Robins, PE, CFM, CWI, serves as the Utilities Department Director and Construction Division Manager for the City of Broken Arrow since March 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing Public Construction Contract Execution, inspecting privately funded projects, coordinating utility relocation, and managing the department. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a Project Engineer at Olsson Associates from March 2011 to March 2015, leading the SPF Special Inspections department and handling various engineering and management tasks related to construction and materials testing. Additional experience includes a position as a Structural Designer and Draftsman at Tappana Ondrick Structural Engineers in 2010 and an internship in construction/project management at Crossland Construction from January 2007 to March 2009.
