Sebastian Huang, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Development Services at the City of Burnaby since June 2022, Sebastian leads a team focused on residential multiplex developments and manages multi-family projects in the Brentwood area. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at the City of Vancouver, where nine high-profile projects, including a two-billion-dollar hospital development, were managed. Additionally, Sebastian has worked as an Academic Advisor, Design Engineer at RJC Engineers, Engineer in Training at TLSE Engineering Inc., and Research Assistant at UBC Engineering, contributing significantly to various engineering disciplines. Educationally, Sebastian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with specialized certifications in property management and leadership.
