Douglas Mossey, P.Eng. has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Civil and Structural Engineering Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Their experience includes working as a Structural EIT at Bogdonov Pao Associates Ltd., a Project Engineer at the City of Surrey, and currently serves as the Manager of Transportation & Drainage at the City of Chilliwack. Responsibilities have included managing engineering inspectors, overseeing municipal infrastructure projects, and delivering municipal design and construction projects.
