CITY OF CHILLIWACK
Sheldon McKinlay, P.Eng. is an experienced civil engineer with a solid background in project management and construction inspection. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at the City of Chilliwack since February 2020, Sheldon has previously held roles as a Senior Utilities Technologist and Land Development Technologist within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Edmonton, where Sheldon was a Construction Project Inspector and Materials Technician, and at Terracon Geotechnique Ltd. as an Engineer Technician. Earlier roles also involved project management and engineering duties at Englobe and a co-operative contract administration position at Defence Construction Canada. Sheldon holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University and an advanced diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from St. Lawrence College.
