Declan Tom

Declan Tom currently serves as Chief of Staff for the City of Cincinnati, a position held since July 2022, and also held the role of Policy and Communications Manager in this capacity. Prior to this, Declan Tom worked as a Policy Manager for City Councilmember Mark Jeffreys from January to July 2022, and as a System Technician at Cincinnati Red Bike from June 2021 to June 2022. Additional experience includes a Field Organizing Assistant role for Mark Jeffreys for City Council in 2021 and a position as a Bicycle Mechanic at Edgebrook Cycle from May 2016 to May 2020. Earlier internships with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber focused on Government Affairs and the Global Energy Institute, respectively. Declan Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Xavier University, obtained in 2022.
