Michael Spry

Michael Spry is an experienced building professional with a diverse background in construction management and inspection. Currently serving as a Building Official for the City of Loveland since January 2016 and as an Inspector for the City of Cincinnati, Michael has a robust history in the industry, having held the role of Secretary and Treasurer at MTS Construction Co. since 1989, where the company specializes in commercial and residential building projects throughout Ohio and along the East Coast. Michael's past roles include Project Manager at North American General Contracting and Superintendent at Del Construction Co., gaining extensive experience across multiple states. Additionally, Michael has held a General Contractor license in Florida since 1985 and received education from the University of Cincinnati's CES Construction School.
