Rawlen Williams

Rawlen Williams, MBA, currently serves as the Supervising Human Resources Analyst for the City of Cincinnati since January 2021. Previously, Rawlen held the position of Associate and Labor Relations Specialist at Mercy Health from August 2019 to January 2021 and worked as a Recreation Specialist for the Cincinnati Recreation Commission between October 2013 and August 2019. Additional experience includes a recruitment internship at the Cincinnati Museum Center and a role as Outreach Lead for the American Red Cross. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at NSIXTY Digital and an HR Intern for the City of Cincinnati. Rawlen earned a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati, with earlier education at Walnut Hills High School.
