Andrew Keppler

Andrew Keppler currently serves as the IT Portfolio and Planning Manager at the City of Columbus, a position held since June 2025. Prior experience includes over 18 years at the State of Ohio, where Andrew Keppler progressed from Digital Government Intern to Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager. Notable achievements include leading a successful statewide network centralization, managing significant server migrations with minimal downtime, and contributing to a $200 million IT consolidation effort. Andrew Keppler also has a background in project management that produced annual savings through process standardization and upgrades to critical IT systems. In addition to professional experience, Andrew Keppler has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with a focus on Technology Management and Policy, from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Computer Science from Capital University, where involvement as an Assistant Cross Country Coach resulted in a notable achievement for the program.
