Jose Ramirez Jr, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Indio since November 2022, after holding the position of Management Analyst. Previously, Jose was an Operations Manager at Allied Universal, where leadership was demonstrated by overseeing a workforce of over 200 employees, focusing on operational efficiency. Jose also gained experience as an Accountant at ABC Recovery, handling a broad range of accounts management tasks, and as a Client Accounting Specialist at Associa, responsible for managing client investments and financial statements for multiple Home Owners Associations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from California State University-San Bernardino, along with a BA in Accounting and an AA in Business Administration from the same institution and College of the Desert, respectively.
