Kelli O'Leary

Kelli O'Leary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Jacksonville since July 2023, Kelli has previously held leadership roles at Liberty Landscape Supply, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, and the City of Jacksonville, among others. Kelli's career highlights include positions such as Vice President of Engagement and Director of Employee Services, coupled with board memberships at multiple organizations like Alive Credit Union and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Kelli earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University from 1991 to 1994.
