Carly Swanson

Carly Swanson is a skilled Career Firefighter with extensive experience in emergency response and safety coordination. Currently employed with the City of Kamloops since May 2023, Carly previously served as the Emergency Response Coordinator (Deputy Chief) at New Gold Inc., managing fire mine rescue training, conducting health and safety audits, and overseeing incident investigations from March 2022 to April 2023. Carly's background includes roles as a Fiberline Field Operator at Domtar and as a Process Operator and Technician at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, with a foundation in communications and safety from Shell and Tridon Communications.
