We are a large team of over three thousand dedicated employees doing a wide variety of jobs, delivering over one hundred services; all which have a direct impact on Londoners. Working together to deliver on Council’s Strategic Plan, our employees take pride in helping to build a better city for all. Being part of our complex organization allows our employees to build a career which develops their skills and grow their future, while doing work that matters. Some of our employees are represented by unions and associations, including Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 101, Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 107, Service Employees International Union Healthcare, Service Employees International Union, Unifor Local 302 and the London Professional Fire Fighters’ Association.
