Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness for the City of Medicine Hat since October 2009, Gabby leads a team in developing talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development strategies while aligning HR solutions with business objectives. Previous roles include Supervisor of Employment and Training, Acting Manager of Employment, and Human Resources Consultant for the City, along with serving as Human Resources Manager at Next Step Residential Services, where Gabby managed HR functions for a staff of 150. Gabby holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Lethbridge.
