Lourdes Delgado Reyes

Lourdes Delgado Reyes, PhD, currently serves as the Lead Research and Data Manager for the Office of Domestic Violence Strategies at the City of Philadelphia and has held previous positions as a Research and Data Manager in the Research & Analysis Unit and the Mayor's Policy Office. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at DreamBox Learning, focusing on product functionality for personalized learning, and as a Provost Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where studies centered on neurocognitive development and children's learning. Lourdes has also been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of East Anglia, where dissertation research involved neuroimaging techniques to investigate early cognitive development. Additional experience encompasses various research consultancy roles and fellowships, primarily focused on child development, neuropsychology, and educational methodologies across several prominent institutions. Education includes a PhD in Psychology: Developmental Science from the University of East Anglia, a Master's degree from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
