Jeffrey Nash

Jeffrey Nash is a dedicated professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Case Manager for the City of Pittsburgh since January 2024. With a wealth of experience, Jeffrey has held various roles including Youth Coach at Small Seeds Development since February 2015 and Director of Youth Programs at Mt. Ararat Community Activity Center from January 2020 to December 2023. Previous positions include Case Manager at Pittsburgh Community Services Inc and Familylinks, Inc., and Resident Monitor at East End Cooperative Ministry.
