Chris Ramey

Chris Ramey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and analytics across various organizations. Currently serving as a Data Strategist for the Bureau of Environmental Services with the City of Portland since August 2019, Ramey previously held the role of Program Manager for Health Clinical Data, Analytics and Special Projects at Multnomah County, where responsibilities included developing enterprise analytics strategies and advocating for improved data governance. Ramey also has a background in financial consulting, having worked with organizations such as Axiom EPM, Kaiser Permanente, and The Regence Group. With advanced degrees in Finance and Telecommunications from The George Washington University and The Johns Hopkins University, Ramey's expertise encompasses financial modeling, business process analysis, and the integration of data reporting technologies.
