Faiz Dulaimi

Faiz Dulaimi is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad. Since May 2017, Faiz has served as an Engineering Technician III at the City of Portland, overseeing asset portfolios and prioritizing major maintenance projects. Previous roles include Technical Advisor at JEN, where a nationwide assessment for schools and database development for 3,500 schools were undertaken, and Database & GIS Specialist at Encyclopedia Engineering and Management, focusing on water delivery studies in refugee camps. Additional experience includes Civil Engineer and Project Manager roles involving building rehabilitation, bidding processes, and construction supervision for various organizations, including UNICEF and UN-HABITAT.
