Hamdi Ali

Hamdi Ali, MBA, currently serves as the Portland Clean Energy Fund Community Engagement Coordinator at the City of Portland, a role initiated in April 2024, while also being the Founder of Hidayah Consulting, LLC since May 2023. Previously, Hamdi worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Portland State University from April 2022 to April 2024 and as a Community Outreach and Engagement Consultant for the City of Portland from November 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included designing engagement strategies and participating in grant reviews. Additional experience includes teaching English to disadvantaged community members with ICLS and serving as the Grant Coordinator and Youth Program Director at the African Youth & Community Organization. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University (2023), a Global Studies Certificate (2020), and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on International Development (2019).
