Cathey Ector-Cox

Cathey Ector-Cox serves as the Director of Youth Services and Raleigh Pathways Center Manager for the City of Raleigh since June 2010, bringing over twenty years of experience in youth and community advocacy. Additionally, Cathey Ector-Cox has been a Guardian ad Litem for the Wake County Guardian ad Litem Program since May 2017, providing court-appointed advocacy for abused and neglected children. Prior experience includes serving as an Inclusion Officer and Program Specialist for the State of North Carolina from March 2005 to June 2010, focusing on connecting individuals with disabilities to employment opportunities. Cathey Ector-Cox holds degrees from Duke University School of Government and St. Augustine's College.
