Gerard Kemmerer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and maintenance coordination. Currently serving as the Program Development Manager for the City of Rapid City since February 2023, Gerard leads the execution of program development while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Previously, as the Maintenance Management Coordinator, support was provided to Public Works for preventive maintenance initiatives. As the Owner and Association Treasurer at White Tail Ridge Landowners Association, responsibilities included communication with contractors and managing maintenance contracts. Gerard's military background in the United States Air Force encompassed various leadership roles, including Munitions Systems Flight Chief, overseeing personnel and operational safety, and successfully managing multiple projects. Educational achievements include an Advanced Project Management Certification and an Associate of Science in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology.
