Lindsey Martin is an experienced professional in capital improvement and budget management, currently serving as the Capital Improvement Program Manager and Budget and Compliance Specialist for the City of Rapid City since February 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsey held various positions, including Administrative Coordinator at Rapid City Regional Airport from December 2008 to February 2022, and Accounts Payable Clerk at the City of Rapid City in 2008. Earlier experience includes serving as a Member Service Officer at Warren Federal Credit Union and a Loan Processor at Highmark Federal Credit Union. Lindsey is educated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Black Hills State University, earned between 1997 and 2012, and a diploma from Rapid City Central High School, completed in 1997.
