In this role, Amy manages marketing strategies, public relations, advertising, and event development, specializing in branding initiatives like "The Unique Dining Capital of Texas." Prior to this position, Amy was a Senior Television Producer at Life Outreach International from 2000 to 2004, where responsibilities included producing a daily international Christian talk show and supervising the production team. An earlier career in advertising agency work provided 15 years of experience in television commercial production, copywriting, and art. Amy holds a B.S. in Marketing, Merchandising, and Management from Texas Christian University.
