Nichole Bohner

Nichole Bohner is an experienced Aquatics Division Manager for the City of Round Rock, overseeing the management and programming operations of five aquatic facilities, including a flagship waterpark, and leading a seasonal team of 300 employees. With a solid background in recreation management, Nichole previously served as the Recreation Program Coordinator for Barton Springs Pool in Austin, one of the largest aquatics divisions in the U.S., and has held positions such as Aquatics Coordinator at Tahoe Donner Association and Ski Rental Supervisor at Resort at Squaw Creek. Nichole's diverse skill set includes budget management, employee training, marketing, and customer service, complemented by a BFA in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University and EMT-B training from Sierra College.
