Rose Velilla, MPA, is an experienced management analyst currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of San Mateo since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rose held the position of Senior Management Analyst for the City of Brisbane, California, from March 2023 to June 2024, and worked as a Management Analyst and Administrative Assistant for the City of Millbrae from July 2015 to March 2023. Rose also contributed as an Office Assistant III for the City of Menlo Park in early 2015, alongside previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at Franklin Templeton Investments and as a Lead Administrator at The Hertz Corporation.
