Jocelyn Mamchur

Jocelyn Mamchur, PE, is a highly skilled civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Capital Projects Engineering Services at the Seattle Department of Transportation since February 2020, Jocelyn has also held the position of Project Engineer with the department since September 2006, specializing in traffic signal design, lighting design, and the implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) infrastructure. Previous experience includes serving as a Highway Design Engineer at Nova Scotia Transportation and Public Works, where Jocelyn led various provincial highway improvement projects, and as an Engineering Aid (Intern) at Manitoba Highways and Infrastructure. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, earned in 2005.
