Elizabeth Wilkie has extensive work experience in community services and cultural management. Elizabeth began their career at the City of Fort Saskatchewan in 2004, where they held various roles including Theatre Technician and Acting Culture Coordinator. In 2012, they became the Shell Theatre Supervisor before moving on to the City of St. Albert in 2014.

At the City of St. Albert, Elizabeth held several positions including Cultural Programming Manager, Cultural Facilities Manager, and Cultural Facilities and Resources Manager. Elizabeth also worked as the Planning Section Chief in Emergency Operations and later as the Senior Manager of Community Services. Currently, they serve as the Director of Community Services, where they lead the FCSS and Cultural team members.
