William Fletcher OMM, SMV, CD has an extensive work history in government and leadership positions. William is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the City of St. Albert since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles with the Government of Canada, including Commander of the 3rd Canadian Division and Canadian Army Officer. William has been dedicated to serving their country and communities for over three decades.
William Fletcher OMM, SMV, CD obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada in 1995. Afterwards, they pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Defence Studies from the same institution in 2014.
