Amber Kerwin

Amber Kerwin has extensive experience in public administration, primarily within the City of Tucson. Since July 2016, Amber has served as an Executive Management Advisor in the Office of the City Manager, building on a solid foundation as Deputy Director of the Environmental and General Services Department and Interim Deputy Director of the General Services Department. Amber's career at the City of Tucson includes roles as Department Finance Manager and Management Coordinator, showcasing expertise in finance and management from 2008 to 2016. Amber began the professional journey after earning a Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis on Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology, both from the University of Arizona.
