Michael Clement

Michael Clement currently serves as the Assistant Operations Superintendent for the City of Tucson’s Water Customer Support Division, where responsibilities include managing staff in call center and field/metering operations since January 2016. In addition, Michael began working as a Tax Specialist at H&R Block in January 2025, focusing on in-person tax preparation. Previous experience includes a role as Director and President at Rex Allen Days, Inc., contributing to a western heritage event, along with positions in IT support at El Rio Community Health Center and Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Wayland Baptist University, expected to graduate in April 2024.
