Kimberly Akuffo

Kimberly Akuffo is a Grant Financial Analyst at the City of Worcester since August 2023, bringing a strong background in customer success and financial management. Previously, Kimberly served as a Workplace Planning Consultant for Fidelity Investments, managing a portfolio of over 25 key accounts and reporting on customer success metrics. Experience includes a role as a Member Service and Operation Specialist at Digital Federal Credit Union, where mentorship significantly reduced customer churn and increased satisfaction. Kimberly also worked as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Spectrum, a Retail Sales Lead at Macy's, and completed an internship at UMass Memorial Medical Center.
