Currently serving as the Head of Marketing, Communication and Customer Experience at City Property Administration since April 2015, Lettitia is skilled in strategizing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation, engagement, and retention. Previous roles at City Property Administration include Customer Experience Manager, Assistant Manager Business Processes, Property Manager/Centre Manager, and Residential Leasing and Admin Manager, where Lettitia focused on enhancing customer interactions, operational performance, and revenue optimization.
