Tembi Ryan has extensive work experience in various roles in the property industry. Tembi started as a radio producer and presenter for Break London in 2010 and then transitioned to property in 2011 as a property consultant for Young Group. From 2012 to 2018, they worked for Portico Property in different roles, starting as a renewal coordinator and eventually becoming the head of renewals. In 2022, they became a partnerships manager for the LOWE Group, where they worked until mid-2023. Currently, they are a partnerships manager for City Relay.
Tembi Ryan attended Bishop Challoner Catholic Girls School from 2001 to 2006. Tembi later went on to study English Language and Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire from 2008 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Tembi is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, both obtained through NFoPP see Propertymark. Tembi also obtained their Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2019.
