Berenecea Eanes

Berenecea Eanes currently serves as President at The City University of New York since August 2019 and has held the position of Vice President for Student Affairs at California State University, Fullerton, since July 2012. Eanes has extensive experience in higher education, having previously acted as Vice President of Student Affairs at John Jay College and been involved in various leadership roles focused on student services and diversity at institutions such as Hamilton College, Morehouse College, and Columbia University. Eanes holds a Ph.D. in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Social Work from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Dillard University.
