Cicely Bland

Cicely Bland is a seasoned professional in media and communications, currently serving as a Senior Media & Communications Strategist at The City University of New York since April 2019. With extensive experience in the field, Cicely has also been the Owner of Empower House Publishing, L.L.C. since May 2007. Previous roles include Communications Officer at Columbia University in the City of New York from December 2016 to January 2019 and Executive Director at City University of New York from 2012 to 2015. Cicely holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pace University-New York, which was earned between 2009 and 2011, and a bachelor's degree from Morris Brown College, completed from 1992 to 1997.
